The Pella at Blackstone boasts soaring ceilings and an open floor plan that is very versatile for a wide range of configurations and events. Bartenders provided at $20/hr. per bartender
Servers provided at $20/hr. per server
Mandatory Security Guard provided at $30/hr.
20% Service Fee on total Catering and Bar
Black, White, or Ivory Tablecloths for Seating Tables: $5 per linen
Black, White, or Ivory Banquet Cloths for 8 Foot Tables: $5 per linen
Cloth Dinner Napkins (variety of colors available) at .25 cents per napkin
Rental Items may be coordinated by the Event manager (if necessary)
Additional China and /or Glassware (priced upon request)
Glassware for Beverage/Bar Services (priced upon request)
Deposit and Rental Agreement Required to Reserve a Date
Final Guest Count due one week prior to event date
Final Payment Due two days prior to event date
Catering Provided Exclusively by Hap Abraham Catering
Decorating Policy: All decor and decorating times must be discussed and coordinated with the Event Manager.
