Looking for a space with some good history? You have found it. Our building was originally built as a warehouse in 1928. We have re-designed this venue for maximum versatility. The open floor plan can be configured a million different ways. The sky is the limit! Gorgeous, natural light filters through the south and east windows. The venue literally opens up to the Old Market and to the new Capitol District which means world class entertainment and lodging options for your out-of-town guests.

Bartenders provided at $20/hr per bartender

Mandatory security guard provided at $30/hr

20% service fee on total catering and bar

Black, white, or ivory tablecloths for seating tables and banquet tables: $5 per linen

Cloth dinner napkins at .25 cents per napkin

Additional china/glassware available and priced upon request

Deposit and rental agreement required to reserve date

Final guest count due one week prior to event date

Final payment due two days prior to event date

All decor and decorating times must be coordinated with event manager
